I recommend it if you are just starting out or looking to get a feel for the field. Keep an open mind and donate get too discouraged if you feel more like a sheep in a flock rather than a part of a family.
They are given all of the resources we need to complete our job satisfactorily. They are not only trained very well, but everybody is very helpful to each other when there are any questions or concerns. It's a good place to start off.
It feels cold and clinical, with little-to-no family or camaraderie feel. It's a very business-y workplace which is difficult in the law firm world because it doesn't feel like they are encouraging a helpful atmosphere to our clients.
