I have no idea why they implied they are the best firm in Canada. Based on my experience with them, they are horrible, and they have false advertised completely. It was the same thing with the service. They promised they'd win and deliver way more, but they lost and left me with hundreds of thousands in legal bills, which I never did pay.

There needs to be training for employees that do not know how to behave respectfully in the law firm setting. Management should work on learning new styles and techniques to better execute plans in the firm to increase productivity.
A law firm has created an environment in which it offers some benefits. The law firm is full of facilities that are composed of great people.
The way the firm operates is a form of a corporation. Management does not do a decent job of implementing organization for plans. Some of the employees are hard to work with because they do not possessany value for maturity.
