I would like to see us receive a badge for parking in the garage or at the very least additional pay to compensate for parking. I also believe that we deserve better health coverage as well.
I have found everyone to be very professional and the pay is excellent. It is very family oriented around here as well so the work and work schedule tends to be very flexible.
The benefits could be better. In particular I believe that we deserve better health insurance and better parking as well (we currently have to pay for parking in the garage).
If the leadership team put more focus on improving the work environment everyone would probably be a lot happier. They could do this by making themselves more available so the office doesn't feel so impersonal.
There is a lot of room for advancement here. This is a big firm and the training program is very good. It's not hard for a new associate to rise upward in the ranks if they are smart and dedicated.
Working here can seem daunting at times since it's such a large firm. The environment is a bit impersonal, and the workload can be rather high. Long hours are often expected, but it's hard to get away from that no matter what firm you're at.
Thank you.
