It hires law students of the very highest caliber. The firm provides training and experience, one-on-one mentoring, a commitment to diversity, and an open, friendly atmosphere. The firm hosts interviews - each less than half an hour - and recruits at job fairs at over 30 campuses nationwide. On completion of its on-campus interviews, the firm invites eligible candidates to visit the firm in New York City at the firm's expense for further interviews with partners and associates. If the candidate is found suitable to the firm and its culture, he or she will be offered to join as a summer associate.
