The firm can improve by adding a greater emphasis on work-life balance; this would improve employee's health and overall mood.
The firm will foster your growth and will encourage you to participate in any number of weekend events and client outreach happenings. You should take advantage, because you will grow as a person if you can set aside your work for a minute to spend some time chatting with your colleagues.
The worst part is that you are required to put in so much time. You won't get to enjoy much time away from the office. You will spend a lot of time alone at your desk.
