Take a job at this firm and work very hard. You will never forget the time you spend working here even if you do not make a full time career. You will also enjoy the excitement of the big cases and the glamour of big law and big law clients.

Pros : Simply Large Firm
Cons : It has been very hard for me to move up in this firm. You will work so much your first 3-4 years but you might be asked to leave if you are not producing or working towards the next step. The shock of having to look for another job and giving up the large paycheck can be very stressful. It also is hard to make connections since so many associates are working on one case.

  • Paul Hastings represented J.P. Morgan as the sole sponsor and depositary on the secondary listing of HDRs of Coach, Inc. on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The deal is seen as a landmark to make Coach the first U.S. public company to list in Hong Kong and opened the door to other U.S. companies seeking to list their shares.
  • In what was widely viewed as the post-crisis relaunch of the European Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securitization (CMBS) market, Paul Hastings advised Deutsche Bank London Branch, in the first CMBS placed into the market since 2007. The new
