There needs to be a fair compensation for employees. Career growth and advancement are areas of focus the firm should consider to increase morale.
The firm has a balanced schedule in place for staff. The work hours are easy in terms of schedule. The kind staff is fortunate to have the ability to work from home. Employees are allowed a decent amount of vacation time.
Work hours are cut down. Compensation for staff suffers when the firm doesn't have a decent workload. The firm also lacks in areas of promotions and career advancement.
