There needs to more opportunities for employees to gain promotions. This would help with some turnover rate within the firm.
This is a very great firm to work with. The staff members go out of their way to make their attorneys feel welcomed. The firm provides large office spaces so you never feel cramped. Work distribution is handled professionally so each attorney knows what to work on for the day. Overall, it is a great firm to work with.
Unfortunately, it's hard to excel within the firm. Promotions are far and few so it is hard to come by them. There are not many promotional opportunities and when they do happen to come up, employees with longer firm time are favored.
