Hire an outside unbiased third party consultant to review the personnel records and interview staff assuring of anonymity to get honest review of the corrupt bias that the HR management and office managers perpetrate on the staff. The firm is managed by bias and fear and no procedures to question actions and bias of human resource managers and directors and office managers. Very toxic environment. High staff turnover affecting everyone. Not safe. Threats against firm hidden placing everyone in danger. Do not come her. Go work somewhere else

Managing Partner for Austin office Adam Sencenbaugh should look into the Admins treatment of staff especially male employees.
Secretaries and the office Administrator constantly belittle male employees and have very high turnover of staff in the Austin office. I was hired as a practice assistant I never did any secretarial work never received any training on the job I was hired for. I did basic administrative work until they hired someone else through a third party because they don’t have to pay them benefits, unemployment etc. Firm is struggling with cost and with their upcoming move a lot of staff will get cut. Employees pay for parking I paid 185 a month.
Attorneys aren’t the issue.
Give prospective applicants the courtesy of a reply. It only takes a minute to send an e-mail.
My son had several interviews for a position, and a clean background check. He followed up multiple times with the in-house recruiter and a partner regarding the status of the potential offer. After e-mailing a partner, the recruiter e-mailed that they expected their decision in the next few days. That was 3 weeks ago. He followed up again by voicemail and email, and no courtesy of a response. Do they treat their clients this way? Very unprofessional.

Ensure your staff is following up with customers and an absolute payment. If business for you is doing so well that you don't need my money...well then I am happy for you.
I attempted to contact Haynes and Boone in Dallas on multiple occasions to renew a patent and file 5 more patents and a Trademark. I sent 3 emails, I called 6 times and left messages 4 of the 6 times with my contact information. Since I never heard back from them, I went to their office and was "greeted" by 2 sarcastic employees at the front desk. I told them my intentions and gave them my contact information. After I expressed my intent one of their attitudes shifted slightly to a little more tolerable. I was told to wait in the lobby and someone would be with me soon. After maybe less than 5 minutes she informs me that I didn't have an appointment. I assured her that I was aware I didn't have one since no one ever bothered to reach out to me and wanted to schedule one. She then says I had to leave since I didn't have an appointment.... I requested someone reach out to me to set an appointment and she asks for my contact information. I told her to look in her left hand...where she had already written it down. Sarcastically she says, "aight". This was on May 5, 2022....today is June 1, 2022 and I have yet to hear from anyone.
there is a very good reason for your very high resignation turnovers.

people are generally ashhole. especially some of the prosecution and lit partners. I have been there for more than 2 years but still after all that time, some of the partners I work with are so racist and dismissive.

There needs to be training for the management team in terms of being able to be more organized. Also, giving employees and staff instructions on what to do, when management is not doing a great job, like contacting corporate.
The law office firm does offer benefits which are seem to be good. The size of the office is not huge. The CEO of the law firm seems to be empathetic.
The management team sometimes does a poor job of distributing the work in terms of being organized. It is difficult to figure out what everyone is in charge of and their duties.
The leadership team should really do a better job communicating expectations to new associates. The "sink or swim" method they use now is not the best.
The leadership team here does a fantastic job keeping this firm running like a dream. Everything is very efficient and the people here seem to enjoy what they do.
The expectations for new associates are so high that many might find them unrealistic. These expectations don't seem to be accurately conveyed when associates are brought into the fold.
Thank you.
