While personal growth is limited, it is available if you are dedicated and motivated. Overall, this is a great firm to work with.

Hours here are long and tedious. With so much work expected from you, at times it can become difficult to balance life and work. It is sometimes difficult to receive a response from superiors as everyone always is busy.

Try to expand the firm and allow more different positions to be filled so that way those who want to stay with the firm can continue to do so.
