Cole Schotz is a great atmosphere to work in. Department heads are friendly and helpful, benefits are great, and it is an environment where everyone can make worthwhile contributions.
Change does not happen quickly at this firm. The atmosphere is not very competitive, which may be a turn off for those trying to be promoted/recognized for their efforts.
