5.Current Employee, more than 3 yearsGreat Law Firm, Extraordinary CultureAssociate in Denver, CORecommendProsUnder new leadership, fantastic work/life balance, great parental leave benefits, making major investment in technology and associate training.ConsDont have any cons to share.
I would like to see this firm either relocate to a location that is more open or compensate those that rely on public transportation since getting there using public transportation can be quite the task.
Everyone at this firm is encouraged to handle their daily tasks and cases the way that they see. It is very entrepreneurship oriented in that regard. The starting pay is exceptional as well.
I found the location of the firm to be difficult to get to when relying on public transportation. This was a real hindrance and led to me having to find a new firm to work for.
Keeping giving associates freedom and keep supporting their professional development. This is a great place to work and it will only become better as associates learn and grow.
Associates here are given the freedom to practice as they see fit, and everyone is encouraged to experiment to find their niche. The leadership team sees the benefit of allowing associates to work according to their strengths and they are all very supportive.
While associates have a lot of freedom here, they still need to meet billable hour quotas and other deliverables. Expectations are high, so there are a lot of long nights and weekends.
Thank you.
