A Boring Firm

Run some social events for people to keep them from getting too bored. It might also be a good idea to look into how people complete tasks.

The work here is easy, predictable, and well paid. You can rest assured knowing that your time here is valued.

The work here starts to bleed into each other and get dull after a while. Most of the work is with similar things that are easy but boring.

Increase the pay and allow more flexibility.

The firm offers a wide range of professional services. You will work with all types of clients and form great relationships. Lawyers are aggressive and hardworking. There is room to grow here.

The pay could be better. There is not a good work/life balance at the firm.

The firm is doing a good job supporting and compensating its employees. If there is any room for improvement, more in-house seminars and continuing legal education might be a good idea.

This is a highly competent trial firm that treats its employees with courtesy and respect. The firm regularly recognizes support personnel with perks such as free lunches, birthday recognition, profit sharing, and bonuses.

The pace of the work can be intense at times, especially when you are in trial. However, the principals of the firm are always available to give you support and advice.

If possible, the firm should try to get young attorneys more trial time. That is difficult to do when the courts require mandatory mediation.

The firm has a great group of principal shareholders who treat the firm's employees with fairness and respect.

The work can be very demanding at times. Often, attorneys must work nights and weekends in order to meet the needs of the firm's clients
