Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP. Reviews

- Reviewed on July 01, 2017

I think the leadership team should really consider reducing the workload for associates. The work/life balance here is not the best and easing the pressure even a little would improve the quality of life for many associates.

Pros : The best thing about working here is definitely the support staff. They are professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and great at what they do. This firm runs like a dream, and the support staff are the ones to thank.
Cons : Working here is very demanding. The leadership team has very high expectations for associates and support staff, and they put incredible pressure on associates to deliver results. The end result is a very profitable firm where everyone spends a lot of late nights at the office.

The Summer Associate Program at Cadwalader is for students for 10 to 12 weeks after their second year of law school. Besides assignment of the work, summer associates are provided with assignments from the departments they are interested to work with.
