In this law firm, clients are demanding and hours can be brutal. So, I advise to maintain work-life balance while working here. After gaining good amount of experience you can switch to new firm.
I must say that this firm has smart, polite, hard-working colleagues. By working here you can gain early experience on notable matters and cases. The management is transparent and it has open-door policy.
The downsides are passive-aggressive culture and difficult hours. The firm is big in size but does not pay according to that.

The firm has a Diversity & Inclusion Committee in place to ensure that our commitment to recruitment, retention, and promotion of legal talent from diverse backgrounds and experience remains strong as does our outreach to diverse communities where we promote opportunity and provide much needed support.
