The Dangers of Getting Jobs Through Friends and Family
5 Star Rating

This firm needs to market their services more or hire less staff. If hours are becoming a problem then there either needs to be more work or less staff.
I've worked at this firm for 3 years now and have enjoyed every minute of it. The staff is very friendly and get along with all my coworkers. Employers treat you just like family and offer great benefits and salary.
The only downside to this firm is the lack of hours certain weeks. Summer months can be brutal and sometimes it was worrisome to pay my bills. It would be nice if they would find more clients to work with.
I would like to see us either expand our current office so that it feels more spacious or move to a new location in the general area. Right now the work area is feeling a bit too confined.
This firm has some of the most experienced attorneys in the state and also takes pride in really caring about the work that it takes on along with its clients. Did I forget to mention that the front desk staff is awesome!
The current office that we are located in is starting to feel confined, especially after we went ahead and hired five new senior level attorneys to call our own.
Leadership should continue to develop their training program. They're doing a great job with it and I'm excited to see what comes next.
The training and development program at this firm is fantastic. New associates are welcomed into the firm and everyone is given a chance to develop their careers in the way that is best for them.
There is a lot expected of associates here, and long hours seem to be the norm. This can lead to a poor work/life balance very quickly.
Thank you.
