Stop lying and go and get qualified to practise law in China.
They are clearly amazing at lying and creating a fake backstory with claims of being established in the USA more than 100 years ago. For the record, I'm not an employee or former employee. I'm a former customer that they lied to, robbed, cheated, and then left us high and dry when their "expert legal advice" left my business unable to function!!!!
They are not registered, licensed or qualified to practice law in China. This has led to this company causing very expensive problems for us and our company, that we are still trying to fix, more than a year later. The "international law" firm story is a complete lie. Check out their website and google their New York address, their Los Angeles address, their Macau address - all virtual offices. All their email accounts go to just three people - which is the true size and scale of this international law firm.
Well, there's only 3 people that we actually know are real, and one of them is in another country (Israel). You should avoid all three. They are all part of this lie.
Absolutely nothing.
There needs to be a clear path to promotions. There is a turnover that occurs because of this, leaving employees to seek other firms.
There is a great experience to be had here at this firm. The team here is professional and goes above and beyond for its employees' needs. Workload is distributed so you don't ever feel like you're at a loss. Office spaces are accommodating. I've worked with some of the best attorneys in my time here at this firm.
Room for advancement is unclear. Many employees scramble to further their careers only to come up short. The firm doesn't have a path to promotions and at times, it seems like these policies are constantly changing.
Thank you.
