Offer higher paying positions to those deserving that have the experience it needs to move your company forward. I would have stayed if I had a competitive position at Krieg Devault.

I enjoyed helping my team solve the problems related to patent law. The other staff working here provides years upon years of experience and I was able to learn so much in my time here.

I found that there was no upward mobility at this firm. Although, I enjoyed working there, I eventually found a higher position elsewhere.
