5.Current EmployeeGreat place to workAnonymous Employee RecommendProsGreat flexibility at the firmConsNone, very collaborative place to work
I would of liked to see this firm open up in regards to their dealings with other firms. I would of also liked to see them hire a few new attorney's as well.
The location of the firm was not far from where I was located while working there which was a huge plus. On top of that everyone was very friendly and helpful.
It seemed as though we were really closed off in regards to working and communicating with other firms which I felt as though was a pretty big con.
Make it so that people have a better time while working here by providing them more useful feedback and making sure the hardest workers get the best rewards - this will also help people later in their careers as well, and increase their effort and commitment in the present.
The firm is relatively small, which most people tend to view positively - it makes for a pleasant and fairly relaxed atmosphere. Everyone seems to be on the same page, and the office runs efficiently. The mentoring program is great for new graduates.
Despite the pros of the mentoring program, it sometimes does not seem like there is a lot of room for advancement from here to other, larger firms. Some formal and informal feedback that superiors provide is simply not very helpful. Some people don't seem to carry their own weight.
I think the management should come up with some systems that allow fresh perspectives to have more of a say in things than they do right now.
The firm is all about business. There's a clear structure to everything, and that's why the firm has become such a behemoth in the industry. I always know exactly what I need to be doing.
Because of its size, it can be very resistant to new ideas. While it's a great place for newcomers in the law world to develop in a large, highly respected firm, it can be a little difficult at times to get the higher ups to let you do anything they didn't come up with themselves.
Thank you.
