Some sort of system to help quicken the pace for future employees to advance might lead to better people to start with.

Sirote & Permutt, PC is a very dynamic law firm with plenty of opportunities. Management enables individuals to work independently with collaborative team approach. Few attorneys were real leaders, thus maintaining a positive environment. Lots of opportunities to learn new things & flexible work arrangements.
Some managers were not focused in improving the resources by giving opportunities. The management expects you to work long hours so it takes a toll on work-life balance.

Sirote & Permutt's Summer Associate Program is a first-half program starting in mid-May and ending the last of June. Students are required to work the full six weeks consecutively unless prior arrangements are approved by the Recruiting Committee.Our Summer Program provides an excellent opportunity for summer associates to become acquainted with our attorneys and law firm culture. Each summer associate is assigned two mentors (typically one partner and one associate) who provide feedback on assignments, offer guidance, and encourage a productive overall experience at Sirote. Bi-weekly lunches are scheduled throughout the summer program to provide a more relaxed venue for attorney/summer associate interaction.
