I'm pretty happy with my pay and benefits package. The health insurance is affordable and there are some good perks. Monthly celebrations and family events are also pretty common.
The leadership team doesn't seem to appreciate associates efforts as much as many people would like. They are quick to judge when things don't go as planned, but slow to congratulate a job well done.
