Baker Hostetler has a long-standing commitment to diversity which it actively pursues by recruiting, promoting and retaining women and minority attorneys. Summer associate program

The firm closely monitors the summer associate's assignments, giving them an opportunity to work on multiple projects alongside the firms lawyers from different practice areas.
