Bankruptcy / Restructuring Associate
The candidate must be a junior associate with 1-2 years of experience. Should have transactional and litigation skills and experience. Should also have strong academic credentials.
The candidate must have 5+ years of corporate bankruptcy experience. Should have knowledge of Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy law. Must have excellent research and writing skills, and an outstanding academic record. Should be currently admitted in Pennsylvania.
Financial Restructuring and Bankruptcy Associate
The candidate will join the financial restructuring and bankruptcy department. Must be licensed to practice in the State of Delaware. Strong academic record and excellent writing skills are required. Should have 2-4 years of experience in all aspects of financial restructuring and bankruptcy. Representation of Chapter 11 debtor experience is a plus.
Finance, Restructuring and Bankruptcy Associate
The candidate must be Mid-Level Finance, Restructuring and Bankruptcy Associate with 4-5 years of experience. Should have significant hands-on experience in the structuring, drafting and negotiation of middle market lender’s-side debt financing transactions, with strong UCC Article 9 experience essential and syndicated asset-based lending experience preferred. Must be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
Commercial Litigation/Debt Restructuring Associate
The candidate must have 5-7 years of general commercial litigation experience and be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Experience with commercial real estate and distressed debt is strongly preferred. Additionally, all candidates should have a strong academic background and possess excellent communication skills.
