The school-year interns are asked to commit 15+ hours/week for 12 weeks. Internships are unpaid and college credit may be awarded from the degree-granting institution. Preference is given to college Juniors and Seniors from Tennessee with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
The candidate must have excellent academic grades. Law students are considered. Student experiences include: administrative support, legislative research, media relations, regulatory research, constituent services, policy research, legal research, and correspondence.

Summer Associate Program, 2017
The program is designed to provide law students with an opportunity to experience the attorneys' practice and culture of the firm. Summer associates are provided opportunities to attend trials, hearings, depositions, and client meetings.
The candidate will represent debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings. Must be licensed to practice law and admitted to the bar association in state. Should be admitted or pending admission into bankruptcy court. Applicants license must be in good standing with no disciplinary history in the last five years.
