Summer Associate Program, 2017
The program is designed to provide law students with an opportunity to experience the attorneys' practice and culture of the firm. Summer associates are provided opportunities to attend trials, hearings, depositions, and client meetings.
Interns will be expected to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and reliability. Interns will be responsible for own housing arrangements, food and transportation.
Duration: September 5 - December 1.
Deadline : July 8, 2017.
The school-year interns are asked to commit 15+ hours/week for 12 weeks. Internships are unpaid and college credit may be awarded from the degree-granting institution. Preference is given to college Juniors and Seniors from Tennessee with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Volunteer Legal Internship Program (Fall)
The candidate should have good grades. Students commit to 20 hours / week during Fall. Candidate should apply directly 4-5 months in advance of desired start date. 1Ls, 2Ls and 3Ls candidate may apply.

Senior Director, Corporate Attorney
Duties: Will work with colleagues to provide support in various corporate legal matters and will be responsible for drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial agreements of all types, including property management agreements.
Interns experiences will include: Administrative Support, Media Relations, Constituent Services, Legal Research, Legislative Research, Regulatory Research, Policy Research, Correspondence. Law students are welcome.
