Junior Partner - Corporate
The candidate should have 5-10 years' experience in corporate law. Should have variety of corporate experience, including M&A, IPOs, LBOs and venture financing. Must have significant amount of direct client contact. A strong academic background from a top school is required.
The candidate should have experience of handling a variety of corporate and financial transactions and issues including corporate acquisitions, sales, mergers, corporate restructurings, contracts, and corporate governance issues. Should have a transportable book of business in excess of $500,000. Securities experience a plus.
Health Care Senior Associate or Junior (Non-Equity)
The candidate should be a health law attorney with transactional experience with health care-focused clients. Must have 3-6 years of experience and have a JD degree from a top school.
Real Estate Partner
The candidate should have substantial experience in Real Estate. Must ideally have experience appropriate to a sophisticated practice focused in New England. A transportable book of business is a strong plus.

Trusts and Estates Partner
The candidate will focus on probate and administration of decedents’ estates and trusts, post-mortem tax planning, preparation of federal and state estate tax returns, and issues relating to trust and estate litigation. Should have experience with various degrees of wealth planning, drafting wills and trusts and the ability to devise solutions to wealth-transfer problems. A transportable book of business is a strong plus.
The candidate should have 8+ years of experience. Must have a proven record of servicing hospitals in some of the following areas of health law: regulatory, reimbursement, governance, and corporate matters. Must also have a proven ability to generate new hospital business independently. Should have existing hospital portables.
Estate, Financial and Tax Planning Partner
The candidate will join the estate, financial and tax planning practice area. Must have expertise in sophisticated estate planning, business succession and estate and trust administration, including service as a fiduciary matters. An LL.M. degree in Taxation is preferred.
