The candidate will provide administrative support to attorneys including word processing using Microsoft Word for Windows, digital transcription, electronic court filing; maintaining client files; docketing; calendaring deadlines; and other general office duties as assigned. Legal experience, good technological/computer skills and multi-tasking capabilities are desired.
The candidate will work with customers and provide excellent customer service in person and answering phone calls. Must be able to multi-task and have excellent organizational skills and computer proficiency.
Duties: Work with other staff to provide an exceptional client experience. Be the primary receptionist for the firm and provides administrative, logistical, and professional support to our attorney and paralegal staff.
The candidate works under the supervision of the Human Resource Director. Provides assistance with the physician recruitment and employment functions. Assists in ensuring that the departments of the Medical Center have adequate personnel to achieve operational objectives and strategic plans in accordance with the mission and values of the Medical Center.
