Senior Relationship Manager, Associate (Cash Control Officer) Duties: Will be responsible for on boarding new bond transactions and day-to-day relationship management of customers related to those transactions. Will analyze, interpret, negotiate, manage and execute multiple complex Corporate Trust and escrow agreements for new business and related amendments to existing business on behalf of the bank. Ensure required documentation is accurate and complete. Interact with clients, attorneys, investment bankers, financial advisors and all internal business partners to facilitate the smooth onboarding of new business within specified timeframes. Manage customer relationships as an escalation point to address client issues in concert with other business partners. Engage in regular customer calls to existing and new customers of Corporate Trust. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to provide guidance to internal business partners.
Qualification and Experience
Qualification Requirements: College degree preferred. 2+ years of corporate trust experience. A J.D. degree or comparable knowledge/experience is preferred. 2-5 years of experience in relationship management in Institutional Services or related securities industry sector with significant experience in one or more of the following corporate trust relationship types: structured financial products, project finance, escrow, various corporate and municipal debt instruments, asset servicing, cash management products, investment accounting and performance services, and other value added services, and regulatory and industry requirements for clients and for the bank. Experience in Corporate Finance, Municipal Finance, Aircraft Leasing and Project Finance, preferred. Ability to analyze and interpret complex corporate trust legal documents. Proficiency in use of desktop office software products and experience with technology platforms used for delivery of client services, preferably SEI and SunGard processing and accounting systems. Experience in client/bank technology connectivity and industry information delivery platforms desired. Ability to work effectively in team environments engaged in business development, service delivery support and product development. Ability to manage and meet a diverse set of internal and external demands.
