Trust Officer II The candidate will administer complex personal trust and related fiduciary and agency accounts. Will comply with regulatory requirements and assist with the development, implementation and oversight of Division and Bank initiatives that advance sound business practices and enhance customer satisfaction. Perform all duties and interact with internal and external customers in a manner aligned with the Company Core Values of Teamwork, Integrity and Exceptional Service (TIES).
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field from an accredited 4 year university. CPA or law degree preferred. Should have 5+ years of estate planning and trust administration experience. Must have strong working knowledge of estate planning, trust products/services, fiduciary law, tax, real estate, insurance, investments, and bank products/services. Should have strong interpersonal skills to interface with customers, service providers (attorneys, accountants, real estate agents, care givers), Division and Bank staff, and Regulators. Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills are needed. Must be proficient in the use of the PC and MS Office applications. Ability to speak and read/write Japanese highly desirable.
