WM Senior Trust Administrator 4 - Risk Liaison Duties: Administers the client account in order to create, expand and service WMG relationships while managing the risk of those accounts. Duties may include: Setting up, administering, terminating and distributing the most complex accounts of all types. Partners with field investment managers and other WMG professionals to develop and expand business. May communicate directly with clients, Partners and Centers of Influence as well as external resources i.e. accountants, attorneys, who are related to the client's accounts as part of day to day administration. Analyzes trust/financial information, reacts accordingly and re-prioritizes if appropriate. In Trust Center environment, acts as lead by providing work direction to a small team of administrators. May act as mentor. Demonstrates potential to manage small teams. May act in absence of Regional Trust Manager.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: BA/BS in business; MBA /J.D. Degree/CTFA, CFP, CPA or similar industry designation 10+ years relationship management, financial, trust, or legal industry experience preferred. Strong risk management experience. Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing to internal partners and external clients. Strong analytical and proactive problem solving skills, time management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create and sustain partnerships. Ability to work independently and make timely decisions that demonstrate sound rationale, experience and judgment. Strong PC proficiency. Knowledge of fiduciary taxation is preferred. Experience with philanthropic account administration. Strong communication and diplomatic skills. Experience working in a team environment. Experience leading a team or directing the daily work of others. Established knowledge of trust, fiduciary law, and federal regulations. Relationship management experience.
