Relationship Manager - SAFE II The candidate will build and maintain superior client relationships by anticipating financial needs through proactive and planned contact. In conjunction with the ADRM/RMDs, build and maintain a portfolio of moderately sized company relationships by helping clients define their financial goals and objectives through comprehensive profiling. Analyze current financial resources and financial position of clients to help deliver a wealth planning and investment consulting orientation. Ensure clients are introduced and partnered with appropriate specialists inside and outside company. Generate additional revenue by expanding client relationships. May manage some components of company relationships independently. Support the new business development process by meeting with potential clients and their advisors to explain the mission and vision of company. Outline the scope of services offered, through ongoing and integrated financial advice and solutions to clients including the delivery of services with specialty partners. Analyze issues of importance to clients/prospective clients and offer solutions. Monitor accounts / portfolios / loan bookings to assure compliance with regulatory and company requirements. Provide leadership and guidance to less experienced staff and/or provide subject matter expertise. This position will also be asked to work with other RM's from time to time in order to assist in client management, risk and service projects. There is also the expectation this person is comfortable servicing client, partnering with internal and external centers of influence and bringing new clients to company.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should preferably have a J.D. or MBA degree. CTFA, CFP, or CFA designation is desired. Must have 3+ years of experience with high net worth (HNW) clients and their advisors on management strategies. Experience in tax and estate planning, probate and trust administration, and business succession is preferred. Experience in corporate law is desired. Demonstrated familiarity with and able to review documents such as wills, trusts, corporate governing documents, etc. is an asset. Application Deadline: May 31, 2017.
