Profile

Director - Private Client Services Duties: Responsible for managing the execution of multiple client engagements and all facets of client service. Review and identify complex issues and mentor Managers, Senior Associates, Experienced Associates and Associates.

Qualification and Experience

Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related degree; Advanced credential required (i.e. CPA, JD Degree, CFP or CFA); 10 years relevant work experience with an accounting firm, including at least 4 years of PCS experience; Strong technical knowledge of complex tax issues; Proven leadership and strong organizational skills; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural facilitator; Excellent problem solving and analytical skills; and Proficient use of technology including MS Excel. Must demonstrate the ability to manage and supervise other team members. Strong technical knowledge of individual and partnership tax planning, consulting and compliance.
