Min 5 yrs required
Tax Manager The candidate will prepare of income tax returns, including US federal and international support. Will assist with US tax reporting, including provision, budget, forecast, and monthly tax expense. Will manage, maintain, and enhance income tax processes for corporate tax function. Will manage informational tax reporting, including Forms W-9, W-8, 1042, 1099, etc. Will assist with special projects and analyses (e.g., including transfer pricing, Canadian tax compliance and analyses for US entities, review of intercompany accounts, earnings and profits, acquisitions, etc.). will manage tax audits and inquiries related to above. Will monitor US federal tax developments and assist with incorporating findings into overall tax policy.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have BS in Accounting and/or Finance. Must have CPA required and either MST or LLM preferred. Should have 5+ years of experience working at a large public accounting firm and/or international public company. Should have Experience with US federal tax compliance and reporting for large corporations.
