Tax Manager - Personal Financial Services The candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on the wide array of tax matters faced by individual high net worth clients. Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 5+ years of experience. CPA, Enrolled Agent or Member of the Bar is required. Considerable experience identifying and addressing client needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement; communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials. Considerable experience as a team leader: supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust; seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; and coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback. Thorough knowledge of consulting with high net worth individuals on some of the following areas; financial planning, wealth transfer planning, business succession planning or trust and estate work is essential. Comprehensive technical skills with Form 1040 for High Net Worth individuals and Form K1 production and compliance are preferred.
