Estate Planning Attorney Duties: Present workshops to consumers and the public every 4-6 weeks. Appointment Rate at presentations meets or exceeds 33% of attendees. Clients feel peace of mind and are excited about their decision to work with the firm. Consultations use Sandler Sales techniques to discover client and prospect concerns and the pain they are dealing with and what they want to avoid. A minimum of 70% of prospective clients see the law firm as the right choice to protect their families and their assets and retain the firm within the first meeting. Tracks and seeks training to improve retention skills as needed to main retention rate goals. Confidence and conviction about fees is developed. Client Intake Forms are well-prepared in a timely fashion and thought through so the team is efficient and effective in producing estate plans for clients with minimum follow-up. Effective at networking and building relationships in the community and with Centers of Influence (COIs). Responsible for lead generation and relationship development of new potential COIs. Conducts weekly one-on-one networking meetings to establish new relationships and nurture existing relationships. Coordinates, is involved in the planning of, and conducts CE Training courses for COIs to inspire and empower them in their role as trusted advisor to their own clients. Generates endorsed seminars and referrals from COIs to create a robust pipeline of clients.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Excellent communicator – able to convey complicated concepts in easily understood terms to clients and provide peace of mind while delivering a powerful client experience. Leadership – keeping the team motivated and excited about their positions in the firm and the difference they make. Excellent work ethic. Positive attitude. Self-motivated and self-directed to achieve the position’s goals. Eager to implement new ideas. Produce high quality work in a timely fashion. Open to feedback and view challenges as an opportunity for growth. Comfortable working with clients on a daily basis. On time for all deadlines and communicates if a deadline won’t be met. Detail oriented. Strong organizational skills. Excellent grammar and proofing skills. Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment using law firm workflow systems. Clients receive responses to questions within 24 hours. Has exceptional presentation skills – comfortable and effective presenting to groups of 30-50 people. Has powerful and effective consultation skills that leave clients empowered to make decisions in their best interest.
