Wealth Management Trust Review Specialist Duties: Responsible for performing trust account reviews in a timely and comprehensive manner through the use of technology, analysis, and account due diligence. Responsible for the identification of administrative issues through knowledge and understanding of the trust document, governing laws, USB policies and procedures, and administrative best practices. Work in collaboration with client professionals, and assign client professionals risk mitigating activities for follow-up and closure. Example areas of review: governing documents, appropriate documentation and authorizations obtained, account level transactions, account level coding consistent with policy guidelines. Finally, collaboration with other review team members and department manager playing a critical role in the growth and development of this process and team.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience. 10+ years of experience in regulatory compliance activities. preferred: JD Degree and/or CTFA designations. Considerable knowledge of government and regulatory laws and regulations. Thorough knowledge of U.S. Bancorp operations, policies and procedures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to research and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Strong presentation skills. Fiduciary administration.
