Tax Manager - Federal Corporate Tax Practice The candidate will prepare and review tax returns as well as identify value-added planning opportunities and communicate with clients and financial managers. Bachelor's and/or Master's degree is required. An accounting, finance, economics or related degree is preferred. Advanced credential allowing for client representation before the Internal Revenue Service required (i.e. CPA or J.D. degree). Must have 5+ years of relevant work experience with an accounting firm, including 3+ years of Corporate Tax experience focusing on S corporations and partnerships.
