Tax Manager - Federal Corporate Tax The candidate will be responsible for the preparation and review of tax returns. Will participate in identifying value-added planning opportunities and communicating with clients and financial managers. Conduct research on various client issues, and supervise senior associates, experienced associates and associates. Bachelor's and/or Master's degree required. Accounting, Finance, Economics or related degree preferred. Advanced credential allowing for client representation before the Internal Revenue Service (i.e. CPA or J.D. degree) required. Must have 5+ years of relevant work experience with an accounting firm, including 3+ years of Corporate Tax experience.
