Senior Manager Partnership Solutions Group ERO Senior Manager Duties: Work with engagement teams and Partners/Directors to provide the management of federal tax projects through ultimate delivery to the client. Implementation of strategic tax structures and processes and the oversight of complex tax computation projects for clients, with emphasis on identification and communication of technical tax and service issues to Partners/Principals/Directors responsible for the projects. Work with Partners/Principals/Directors and support them in their role to identify service opportunities, to manage client accounts and billings, and to advance various Deloitte Tax initiatives. Expected to have proven, extensive technical skills and have developed their reputation in a particular industry or service offering. Responsible for the development and motivation of engagement staff and managers. Provide leadership, counseling, and career guidance, and are expected to address issues related to work/life fit and retention of their engagement teams.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or other business-related field required; Prefer MST / J.D. Degree; CPA, enrolled agent, or other appropriate certification required. 8+ years’ federal tax experience required; partnership tax experience preferred. Big 4 experience or comparable a plus. Strong research and communication skills (both written and oral). Strong executive presence and ability to participate in strategic planning initiatives. Highly disciplined and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
