Tax GHRS CTA Director The candidate will help companies align their executive and employee compensation (base pay, annual incentives, long term incentives, and local and international stock option plans) with business objectives, and solve the unique challenges of global stock option plans by focusing on risk management, cost reduction, and employee perception of value. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required. CPA, Society of Human Resources Professional, or CCP designation is needed. J.D., MBA, or Master's degree in Taxation is preferred. Must have 8+ years of experience. Should have extensive knowledge of design, regulatory, compliance, financial reporting and technical aspects of compensation arrangements in either a major law-firm, consulting or corporate environment. Thorough knowledge of domestic and global governmental compliance programs and qualified and non-qualified benefit programs, and experience with financial analysis is required. Considerable knowledge of tax and/or accounting policy research, analysis and working with complex tax and accounting issues is needed. Extensive technical skills in a wide array of compensation and benefit matters including qualified and non-qualified plans, executive compensation and health and welfare arrangements are preferred.
