Senior Manager, Transfer Pricing Responsibilities: Will be leading a multi-disciplinary team advising clientele of large corporate multinationals concerning transfer pricing. Ensure high quality delivery of transfer pricing advice and solutions to major financial transactions, ensuring risk management. Manage regular economic analysis pursuant to the preparation of transfer pricing reports, including responsibility for gathering the data. Review the preparation of team’s relevant transfer pricing reports and benchmarking analysis. Lead on-going Advance Pricing Arrangements (APA). Share know-how and knowledge to the department with a good understanding of OECD guidelines. Seize new business opportunities concerning TP and other special services. Develop internal relationships within international network with other company's tax and financial professionals. Manage client service teams and contribute to people development.
Qualification and Experience
Qualification Requirements: The candidate must hold a university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law or similar. Should have 8+ years of relevant working experience in Transfer Pricing assignments. Should be an experienced in managing a team. Must have a very strong technical knowledge and deep understanding of Transfer Pricing concepts, including transfer of intellectual property, transfers of tangible goods and other financial transactions. Should be an excellent salesperson with a proven track record of business development capabilities, i.e. successfully identifying, initiating and nurturing new or on-going business opportunities. Must have proven exceptional interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of trust, confidence and top results. Should be comfortable in multicultural environments built on a shared culture of team spirit, mutual respect and openness. Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills, including strong writing, research and analytical skills. Ability to show well established organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills. Must have a proficient level in working with MS Office applications. Fluency in English, French and/or German; additional language skills will be considered as an asset.
