Tax Services Senior Manager - Business Tax Services - Personal Financial Services The candidate will demonstrate an understanding of complex financial planning concepts and income tax matters and effectively apply knowledge to various clients. Will participate in client meetings and work within a team environment to deliver integrated advisory services to clients. Build client relationships, demonstrate knowledge of client business and manage engagement time and budget. Develop long term relationships with networks both internally and externally. Build on tax technical competence by keeping up to date on trends, developments and technical authorities and apply them to sometimes complex situations. Use technology to continually learn, share knowledge and enhance client service delivery. Generate new business opportunities by developing ideas and solutions.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a Master's degree with an emphasis in Accounting or Law. A valid US Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license OR active State Bar membership or Enrolled Agent certification is required. Must have 8+ years of relevant individual tax or financial planning experience with 4 years of recent experienced with a public accounting firm is preferred. Deep knowledge of financial planning and individual tax laws required. A commitment to learning in a tax and financial planning technology environment is needed.
