Profile

Senior Regulatory Research Analyst Duties: Develop and maintain Global EH&S and other industry-specific regulatory content coverage across various jurisdictions (including regulatory research and analysis, market analysis and technical writing as well as editing). Follow regulatory feeds from various sources (depending on the geographical areas and vertical markets requested by customers as well as to build the supply chain management regulatory content. Relevant market research to assess the regulatory business impact to the specific industry interest, and write as well as edit any regulatory news on proposed/ up-and-coming regulations. Manage and conduct legal/regulatory research for monitoring and tracking global regulatory changes and up & coming regulations (emerging regulatory developments). Analyze various legal/ regulatory requirements for various issues/ industries (e.g. food, environment, consumer products, product stewardship, supply chain, etc.). Write regulatory news/ reports and industry trends for global regulatory coverage for 3E’s regulatory news/ alerts product line. Provide regulatory support consultation for clients (including answering clients’ inquiries, conducting quality assurance and review of regulatory data, etc.). Represents 3E as a regulatory resource for company sponsored webinars, and participates in industry associations as needed. Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan. Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualification and Experience

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or International Affairs Required; Master’s degree or JD Degree highly preferred. 2-5 years experience in products compliance, EHS, product stewardship, monitoring up and coming regulatory requirements highly preferred. Fluent in at least one of foreign languages in addition to English is a plus. Excellent analytical, regulatory research and writing skills required. Excellent organizational skills required. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills required (including editorial experience). Regulatory/legal/legislative background highly required. Experience in project management required. Experience in regulatory risk and analysis and/or supply chain regulatory compliance preferred. Able to work both independently with a high degree of efficiency and as part of multi-disciplinary teams. Able to identify issue/ problem and provide answer/ solution (problem-solving thinking required).
