Real Estate Closing Attorney Candidate should have 2+ years of experience in residential real estate law and must be a member of the State Bar of Georgia. Must be highly organized, computer savvy and able to multi-task. Title search experience is a plus, however the ability to read and decipher comprehensive title reports is required. Must have: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with a strong academic background also required. Ability to navigate all aspects of the residential real estate transaction from contract to closing. A fundamental understanding of various lender requirements to ensure closing documents are executed in accordance with each lender’s needs. Review title reports for the closing department team members and provide recommendations for or provide legal solutions to cure title related issues/concerns. Able to assist the firm owner in various marketing activities as needed. Able to work in a paperless, automated and fast paced environment. Able to multi task to complete various tasks required. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team player and can work effectively with loan officers, underwriters, closers and field personnel. Computer savvy and knowledge of Microsoft applications is necessary. Ability to manage a high volume workload and shift between offices, tasks, teams with ease. Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal. Organized and detail oriented individual. Self- motivated, resourceful individual.
