The attorney will work primarily as part of the firm’s eminent domain, real estate, and general civil litigation practice. The primary responsibilities will include client interaction, taking and defending depositions, law and motion, court appearances, and researching eminent domain, real estate, and other civil issues, and working as part of the real estate team. Applicant must have experience drafting and arguing law and motion pleadings, preferably involving substantive issues for motions in limine, demurrers, summary judgment, and discovery disputes.
