Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Paralegal to work in our Carroll County Law Firm.

Qualifications

  • 4 year Bachelor’s degree is required and 3 years of relevant experience OR Paralegal certificate and minimum of 5 years relevant work experience OR Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience
  • Proficiency with computer programs including WordPerfect, Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to manage calendar and schedule appointments, depositions, and hearings
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic with very high standards for both quality and quantity of work
  • Exceptional Time Management Skills; ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent typing, spelling and grammatical skills
  • Professional demeanor
  • Understanding of legal terminology
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Ability to work flexible schedule as needed
