Paralegal - Litigation

The candidate will join the Product Liability and Environmental (PLE) practice group. Will prepare, review, analyze and organize documents in connection with litigation matters. Provide clear and complete work direction to LAAs, Case Assistants, clerks and other support staff as necessary. Monitor on-going case activity and pending deadlines utilizing information retrieval tools. Maintain and update case files, form files and specific reference libraries or resources within the group. The candidate should preferably have a paralegal certificate and/or a four-year college degree. Must have 3-5 years of complex litigation experience. Knowledge and commitment in the use of technology for litigation support, document management and trial preparation is required. Should have medical and/or personal injury experience. Willingness to travel is required.
