Paralegal / Legal Assistant - Immigration Duties: Assist attorneys in the preparation and filing of immigration applications and petitions with government agencies. Draft legal documents for review by attorneys. Areas of practice include Removal Defense, Asylum, VAWA, U Visas and Family based visas, Permanent Residencies, Naturalization and Consular Processing.

Requirements: Paralegal certificate preferred. Should have 2-4 years Legal Assistant or Paralegal experience (including any internship experience) with 2+ years experience in family based immigration. Must be able to manage complex tasks efficiently; prioritize work load in extremely time-sensitive field of law; meet strict deadlines; be extremely detail oriented and have the ability to edit carefully; provide outstanding client service; flexible and adaptable to fast-paced environment; organized; self-motivated with strong initiative; have a positive attitude; have a professional demeanor. Bilingual Fluency in Spanish/English is required. Must be technology savvy with proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience with case management system is a plus. Must have excellent written communication skills. MUST be Fluent in SPANISH and English.
