ProfileDirector, Business Development- Dynamics The candidate must have extensive cross-group coordination at all levels, excellent oral and written communication skills, business and analytical skills and the ability to formulate issues and recommendations clearly. The successful candidate must be able to work well with senior executives, operate under pressure and deadlines, and must be flexible with the ability to manage ambiguity and uncertainty. This is a people management position, and the successful candidate will be responsible for creating clarity across the team and the broader Dynamics partner execution across the company, generating energy within the team to deliver on the core accountabilities and ensuring that the team is delivering successful results. Defining and landing the FY Business Applications partner plan, priorities and business outcomes. Channel Business plan: defining the channel capacity/capability/apps and performance metrics with required outcomes. Planning and landing specific Dynamics channel priorities (eg launches, new offers). Accountable for the Dynamics 0365 OCP Scorecard metric, and landing of the plan through the OCP organization:Development and execution of Partner Plays across ISVs, SIs and MSPs across Build-With and Sell-With motions to drive business performance. Dynamics SME and evangelist in OCP, accountable for mobilization and execution driving results through the OCP organization. Measuring monthly performance relative to business expectations:Through partner SI, ISV and MSP impact across customer segments and at the At the A14 level. Providing insights from and analysis of execution and WW feedback to BG (global channel trends, opportunities and issues).
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have Creativity, Conviction and Curiosity. Success dealing with and overcoming ambiguity to deliver results. Leading change management efforts in redefining programs and processes. Ability to effectively influence others, including multiple Microsoft groups and partners. Strong organizational, planning and analytical experience. Demonstrated ability to lead and execute multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate effectively and concisely, and strong collaborator. Driving channel business development initiatives to activate new channels. Must have 10+ years in a customer-facing role, optimally dealing with a variety of customer audiences - Enterprise, Partners (ISV/VAR/SI), start-ups, etc. Must have 5+ years working directly with partner ecosystems, the ability to provide valuable business and technical guidance to them and to secure their commitment to use business solutions . C-level partner engagement experience. Bachelor’s Degree (B.S./B.A.) required; MBA or JD desired.
