Associate / Of-counsel Attorney The candidate will be responsible for: supervising the firm's Montana caseload; handling litigation, eviction, and collection files; attending court hearings and trials; preparing pleadings; and ensuring that all federal and state litigation, eviction, and collection requirements are met. Additional duties may include reviewing files and documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with federal and state requirements, identifying and addressing title and other issues associated with foreclosure proceedings, and overseeing non-attorney staff. Must have 8+ years of experience. Experience with foreclosure, title, eviction, REO, and bankruptcy highly preferred. Montana license required. Utah, Idaho, and/or Wyoming license also preferred. Should have ability to travel to federal and state courts throughout Montana, as needed.
