Junior Associate – Class Action Practice The candidate will work in firm’s class action practice group. Will work primarily on class and collective actions involving workplace discrimination and wage theft. Will be at the forefront of cutting-edge impact litigation aimed at achieving economic and social justice. Will play a very active role on cases, including investigating new cases, handling discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting motions, participating in negotiations and mediations, attending court hearings, and participating in appellate litigation.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements: Must have 1-3 years of litigation and negotiation experience, preferably in employment law and/or a judicial clerkship; strong analytical, writing, research, and client management skills; and a commitment to protecting the rights of workers and employees.
